Random songs, that I did not like, playing while listening to liked songs

When I listen to my liked songs playlist random songs that are not on the playlist will play. When I am listening my to my liked songs I want to only listen to songs I put on there, and I am unable to do that right now. How can I fix this.

Hello there. 

I recently dealt with a similar post where random songs kept playing.

What resolved the issue was turning off Autoplay in the app settings.

So maybe give it a try and we'll see where to go from there.

You could also restart your device, log out temporarily or remove your SD card.

Oh, and @schlauhonk is quite right, the issue could be caused by smart shuffle or the playlist being enhanced. In which case turning those features off should fix the problem.

Is it possible that you have smart shuffle activated? it’s a rather new feature and it adds extra songs to whatever playlist you are listening to. I suggest opening your playlist and if the shuffle button next to the play button is green with sparkles, that means smart shuffle is on. To change this, simply tap the shuffle icon.
