Hi, I have the same problem, I followed the instructions in the topic without success. When I try to request the artist page from routenote for the first time I keep receiving the same message. I also tried from the Android phone with the same result. I use Samsung Book notebook s with windows 11. thanks

Thanks for reaching out. I've moved your comment out of the original thread because that one is very old and no longer relevant. Does this same thing happen on a different account too? Try logging in with the account of someone you know or by making another one yourself and see if that makes a difference.
