This type of issue is commonly related to the country registered on the account and your current location. If you're a free user, make sure that the country set in your account matches your location by following the steps mentioned in this article.

 

If the issue persists, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article since this process will replace all damaged files, ensure you're running the latest version of the app, and force the sync between your account and your device.
