Release radar STILL not working(but they marked the issue 'fixed' and shut down the thread!?!

Release radar STILL not working(but they marked the issue 'fixed' and shut down the thread!?!

Shouldn't have to go into much detail because theres already a large thread on this that spotify just closed and marked fixed so no one can day theyre still having the same problem anymore. I bet they deny this thread too. What the heck is going on!? I'm canceling my subscription if this doesn't get fixed immediately without having to jump through hoops, I'm cross posting this everywhere the internet has to offer. Get your stuff together spotify!! I don't care if you want to make your platform into social media, stop hurting existing customers in order to bring in new ones- particularly because it isn't working. Whoever is directing your tech team needs to be fired and go back to flipping burgers

Same on my end too- release radar just doesn't exist anymore. Unbelievable. Might have to find another streaming platform if this feature doesn't come back. 

Same for me even after an update and I look forward to this playlist every Friday and I have added many songs over the years

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome. 

 

In this case, we'd recommend you perform a clean reinstall of the app on the affected devices. By doing that the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this issue. The app will also sync with recent fixes that were implemented regarding this issue. You can follow the steps here to do it.

 

If the above doesn't do the trick, then we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

  • The make/model and OS of the affected device.
  • The exact Spotify version you're running there.
  • Does this happen across all your devices?
  • A description of exactly what is happening on your side. We noticed recent issues regarding release radar, and we'd like to double-check if you get an error while trying to open the playlist, or you can't find it at all.
