Hey there,

 

Thanks for reaching out!

Does this happen across all platforms or only on specific ones (e.g. mobile/ desktop only)? 
Try logging out and back in twice in a row, this will trigger a manual sync of your settings. After doing this on the affected device, go to Home -> Made for You and search for the Release Radar playlist. In case it's still empty, try clearing our your cached data as shown here.
