Repeating played songs

My Question or Issue

Songs on my playlists have been repeating directly after playing. (The song plays twice). I have spent the last couple of hours chatting with customer support only for them to prove they don't speak English let alone understand the issue. I was passed between advisers only for the next to have no idea what the issue was and just copy and past help topics rather than answer the question (Have you tired turning it off and on again)? I repeatedly asked for an address so that I could lodge a complaint only to be given a pass off reply that avoided the issue completely. One of the worst customer services I have had the displeasure of using and am still none the wiser as to a possible fix to the repeat issue. Anyone else have the same experience or a possible solution?
