Shuffle not working

Premium, iPhone 12, iOS 16.1.1, USA

 

My playlists don't shuffle. The shuffle button doesn't work, if I manually shuffle it doesn't save. Please help. I have updated, uninstalled, restarted, etc.

Could you share a screen recording of the same? Try to shuffle your playlist play it normally and record your screen. This will help me take a closer look at what's wrong.
