Simple fix: Warning when clicking to undownload a playlist or album

Simple fix: Warning when clicking to undownload a playlist or album

I download playlists and albumns frequesntly, basicly any I think I will listen to a lot. I try not to use too much data, and sometimes I wont have any service in the area I am in. Recently I went on a week long trip to the outback where there was no data. Two of my playlists were un available to me because, even though I downloading them, while trying to change the sort button at the top - or by pure accident, the small green download arrow would be pressed and all my songs were instantly uninstalled.  For the rest of the trip, I could not listen to those 16 hours of songs.

I can't see that feature being used everyday or even week, and making a default iPhone or Android text box saying: You are about to uninstall the playlist: name, are you sure? Yes / No. If this is too intrusive, make it togglable in advanced settings - or at least with playlists at a certain size.

This is a super annoying, so annoying I created a Spotify forums account for this - but easy to fix issue, and would make the mobile offline experience a lot less frustrating. Thanks for taking the time to read this and hopefully implement.

Hi @PleaseFixThanks,

Thank you for posting on the Community!

We've moved your post to this help board as it fits better its content.

We've tested this from our side and can confirm that you should get a prompt whenever you want to remove a playlist from your downloads.

However, this is not the same case for albums. Can you confirm if you never get the message when trying to remove both playlist and albums, or just albums?

Keep us posted.
