Skips

Opened Spotify for the first time today, I started playing my songs and I could not skip. I closed the app and reopened it and it didn’t fix anything. I would like to know the issue and how to resolve.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

While being on free means you only have a limited number of skips among other limitations, the functionality should still work as long as you haven't exhausted your skips. Is the behaviour really the same across all the devices you've listed? What's the exact behaviour? Does the app not respond, does it shown an error, does the button not appear?

 

If possible, make some screen recordings across different devices and send them to us so we can have a closer look. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.
