Song Radios don't play

Song Radios don't play

Any song that I go to it's radio to does not work...

-can't start the song up, it refuses to play.

-however I can play the first song, the song for the radio, but it goes through a different playlist/que that I suspect is just auto-play.

-I can download and interact with all songs on the radio

I have done all basic troubleshooting steps.

(Fresh reinstalls, switching network connections, switching accounts, updated the app, updated my phone, cleared cache through Spotify and my phone, restarted my phone... And no, it's not my screen protector lol)

 

The pictures I have uploaded shows me on a radio playing the first song and showing the first few songs, then the 2nd is the exact same radio and song but different que.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

Have you checked if your Autoplay feature is actually toggled to on? This feature is also device specific, so it must be allowed in the app settings for the particular device - see how to do that here.  If Autoplay is toggled to off for this current device, then this is what's preventing the generated 'Radio from song' queue to automatically begin for you.

Hello! Thank you for the suggestion, however it seems to not have any affects on the problem. 

 

I tried turning off and on Auto-play and "Auto-play on other devices" and still can't seem to play songs on generated song radios.
