Spotify deleted songs from my playlist

So I recently got kicked out from a family account and got my own Spotify premium. After logging in again, Spotify seemed to have loaded some kind of back-up from last year. Deleted playlists are back and songs are missing from my normal playlist.

Is there any method I can get my stuff back?
