My Question or Issue

2 issues: syncing and songs that are still available on Spotify getting removed from my lists without my doing.

Playing songs still sync up on devices but playlists will not. Laptop and iphone will not sync no matter what I've tried (methods used in past found in Community, such as going offline etc). But I had "liked" songs on laptop in a playlist that could still be seen on phone playlist as "liked", but would not be in actual Liked songs list.

However, now, a few hours later, can no longer see those songs "liked" on any device and a new issue on top of that is: large numbers of songs are getting deleted as I play songs, both from my Liked Songs and Playlists I've created.

For example: playing one song and then fifteen or more were removed as I was playing another.

I think it has something to do with the syncing issue as this was happening while I was trying to work around the syncing issue by removing and liking some songs on both devices so it could at least have the same songs even if not syncing. But now it's a mess.

Very frustrated as a Premium user who just finally started adding back all the deleted Kpop songs that were previously removed.

Hey there @sune12,

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you try with another internet connection to see if the issue persist?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Take care!

Thank you for your help! I had already tried deleting the cache which did not work but had not done a clean reinstall. It is back and working properly now.
