Songs in Playlists are addd to Favorite list automatically

Hi, I made a new playlist and copied over 100 songs from other playlist into it. Spotfy somehow added all these songs automatically to my favorite list. This didn't happen before.

How ca I avoid this in the future? And how do I get rid of these 122 songs in my fav-list without removing each of them separately?? Thanks!!

Could you let us know how you've copied these songs? The only logical option is that you've added the songs in bulk and you've possibly selected your Liked list as well. What I'd try is moving some additional songs in order to see if they'd get included as favorites too.

As for the Liked playlist itself, if you open Spotify on a desktop device, you can hold down the Shift button in order to select the songs you'd like to remove from the list in bulk. Press Shift and select the first song from the list and then do the same with the last song you wish to remove.
This should effectively select all songs between the first and last song and you'd be able to remove them all at once.
