Songs no longer downloaded after powering phone off

My Question or Issue

Every time I power my phone off when I turn it back on if I’m not on wifi all of my downloaded songs are no longer downloaded. Extremely frustrating when I try to drive home from work and have music on a service I pay for without destroying my data to re-download all my songs.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community.

We understand that there's some sort of issue with your downloads. Firstly, it's worthwhile restarting the app twice in a row. This may sound odd but it's how the app does a refresh. Check if this will shake things up and normalize the behavior of your downloaded content.

If the above doesn't help, then maybe its better to perform a clean reinstall of the app, as this is more thorough than the normal one and ensures that no cached data will cause interference with the new installation of your app. However, you'd need to redownload the content for offline listening again, as this process clears it as well, so you might want to do that when you have a stable internet connection and enough data bandwidth.
