I added a song to one of my playlists, however when I go into the playlist to listen to the song it does not show anywheres in the playlist. I have sorted the playlist by artist, song title, etc. but am still not able to locate the song. Whenever I attempt to re-add the song it tells me the song is already in my playlist. I am using the Spotify app on an android device. Please help as any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hey there @xxHPDxx,
Thanks for searching for the answer you need here!
Just to confirm, have you tried a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your device? We recommend this step as it'll remove the old drivers first and then install the new ones. It'll also get you the latest version of Spotify. These changes tend to solve issues like the one you're experiencing.
Give your device a quick restart as well before you open the newly installed app.
It's also a good idea to log in to your Spotify account on another device just to check if you observe the same. If it doesn't occur on a different device, we'd suggest making sure that your original device is up to speed with any software updates available.
Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.

Hi!
I have the same problem, did the clean reinstall like the guide said, did all the restarts at the correct points but the issue still persists. I also installed spotify on my computer, the songs NEITHER show up in the playlist, too. My phone is a Samsung S20 and it has all the latest updates available.
The playlist consists of approx. 450 songs
Please help me!
Best regards,
Michael
Hey there @vonDichthofen,
Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the Community!
Does this happen only with one specific song and one specific playlist? Can you add the same song to a different playlist?
On another note, could you ask a friend or a relative to log in to their account on one of your affected devices to see if they can replicate this behavior with their account?
Keep us posted.
This happened to me because I had blocked (Don’t play this artist) the artist, or one of the artists involved in producing the song.
Check to see if you have blocked anyone involved.
Unblocking them worked for me.
I did that but it still doesn’t show the songs on my playlists.
Hey @ET250,
Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the conversation.
If you've already performed a clean reinstall and the issue persists, would you mind checking if you have the artist blocked as @Timinit mentioned previously?
Also, if you're using a different device to add the tracks, make sure that neither of the devices are in Offline mode.
If the issue persists, could you confirm if this happens with a single playlist or all of them and if it happens on another device as @Eni and @Ivan previously requested?
We'll be on the lookout for your response.
