My Question or Issue

When i click on "Recently Played", and then click on "Add to playlist" on some songs, they do not show up in a playlist i know they are in. However, when i go to said playlist, the song is there. This seems to happen only to songs I "Added to queue", but that also isn't universal, some are fine.

Hey @EdMBM,

Thanks for posting on the Community!

Could you try logging out from the app and then log back in again? This action should resync your account info. You can also try clearing stored cache from the app before logging out.

Should the same thing occur afterwards, could you let us know what Spotify version you're currently running?

Let us know how it goes.

Hi! Thanks for the answer. Neither of those solutions worked, unfortunately, the issue still happens regularly. I'm running version 8.8.92.700

Thanks for keeping us in the loop @EdMBM,

Have you noticed if this only occurs with a specific set of songs? For example, just from a specific album or artist?

If possible, could you also ask a friend or family member to sign into their account on your device, to see if the same thing happens to them?

Feel free to include videos or photos of how things look from your end, so that we can have a look as well. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Cheers!
