Sort My Music Artists by Add Date

Solved!

Sort My Music Artists by Add Date

Hello! I love listening and adding new music to my spotify library. However, when I open my library I often have forgotten the name of the artist and want to sort by Add Date to see what new music I added. Is there a sort by Add Date feature and I am just unable to find it? I hate saving music because I can't ever find it again.

Hey @crashboomkuhn @genghiskhan-11,

Thanks for the question!

Here are the steps to sort by add date on mobile:

  1. Go to Your Library > Artists/Albums/Playlists
  2. Drag the screen down to reveal a search field and a Filters button to the right
  3. Click on Filters > Recently Added

You can do the same on the desktop app too:

  1. In the left-hand tab, under Your Library, select Artists/Albums/Playlists
  2. In Sorted by, click the drop-down menu and select Recently Added

Hopefully that should do it. Let us know if you have any further questions 😉
