Spotify doesn't like some songs

Title is provocative. I added a folder from my "local files" but somes songs seem to be impossible to be added. I know that it's not possible to put DMR protected files but, believe me, some songs are recorded from radio stations (and converted to mp3) and there's no problem...for other ones... Spotify does not add them. Can you help me?

It's also a good idea to check if the issue occurs on another device as well. That way we can see if we're dealing with a device-related issue. 

Tip: Keep in mind only files or downloads from legal sources are allowed on Spotify.
