Spotify repeatedly saving random playlists to my library, from artists I've never even heard of

My Question or Issue

For a good couple weeks, I've had random playlists repeatedly added to my library, even after being deleted, and it's always the same kind of ones. Nobody else uses my account, and it hasn't been breached. This in incredibly annoying. Attached is a photo of the playlists I'm referring to.

If you see suspicious activity on your Spotify account, I'd recommend checking this support article. Make sure to follow the steps provided there.

I specifically said nobody has breached my account, I've changed my password and everything

If you've changed your Spotify password and passwords for other services mentioned in the Support article and it's still happening, I'd recommend reaching out to Customer Support.
