Still no access to "Only You" stories, but should be eligible

My Question or Issue

My "Only You" stories still have yet to show up. I have now tried on two different devices (one an iPhone and one an Android), both updated to the newest version of the app. I've tried typing it into the search bar, clicking on the link provided by the official Spotify Twitter account, but still no luck. I have logged out, uninstalled the app, cleared my cache, turned my phone off and back on-- on both devices-- but all I see are the decades mix playlists every time.

My account is a few years old and I regularly listen to music, in fact I have recently listened to many new artists and many new songs, so I'm sure I am eligible for this feature. I have had no issue getting my Wrapped at the end of every year, so I was disappointed to have checked the app every day since the Only You feature launched, and have yet to see the banner appear.

Other eligible users seem to be having this problem too. I wonder when or if we will see a solution.

Thank you for your post here in the Community.

Just to be sure, here's some facts to be eligible for Only You:

• Users who have listened to at least 30 seconds of 30 or more songs across 5 artists in the last 6 months
• Accounts created after the 24th of May 2021 will not be eligible for the campaign
• Only users eligible for at least 3 stories will see the campaign, so no one should see fewer than that
• Premium and free users
• iOS and Android on minimum app version 8.6.26
• Millions of people aren’t eligible for the experience as they don’t qualify for a minimum of 3 stories

Can you confirm if you can see your Only You playlists?

If you got any email regarding Only You - can you click the link that's provided in it and see if you can see your stories?
