My Question or Issue

Hi, after i restart my phone, the storage changes from SD card to the internal. When I switch the storage back, all my downloaded music is gone and I need to download it again. I tried reinstall of the app but it didn't help.

This type of issue is commonly related with some damaged cache stored on your device. We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article?

 

If the issue persists, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
