Stucked on saved artist/playlist

Hello, Community 😆

Since the last update everytime I enter Spotify a random playlist called "Caribean queen" (the heck?) appears as saved and the download option is on. Same happen with two albums of the artist Camila Cabello and Panic At The Disco! for no apparent reason. The three are albums/playlist I've never even listened to.

At first I thought it was someone else on my account and so I changed my password and logged every user out of it, but it keeps happening.

Also, I can say it's not another person because if I go to something that would refresh the APP, like another playlist online or even the Settings, the download of those 3 re-appear and so the Saved option. So I think is a matter of Spotify Refresh, because when I use Spotify Lite and unsave said albums/playlist, it'll stay like that until I re-open Spotify.

This is freaking annoying and I really need help, please.
