Switch off AI during playlists you have created

I really hope someone can help because this is driving me bananas.

Is there a way of turning off the AI DJ auto suggests when you’re listening to a playlist you have created?

It’s insane. I have playlists that I have crafted and created to inspire certain moods - and all of a sudden this jarringly inappropriate song comes on. I’ve just been listening to my sad girl playlist and Beyoncé’s Texas Hold’Em came on.

It’s so annoying because I really enjoy crafting playlists and it takes all the joy and creativity away

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community. 

Just to confirm, do you start listening to a playlist and then you switch to AI DJ by selecting this option from Your Library? 

If not, and you just start listening to a playlist created by you, but you hear songs that are not in that playlist, most likely you have the Smart Shuffle feature turned on. You can check this at the top of your playlist . If that's the case, you just need to turn it off by tapping on it once and you won't get any recommendations. 

If this is not what you're experiencing, give us as much info as you can and we'll take a closer look. Also, sending us a short screen recording would come in handy. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
