My Question or Issue

Hi Guys,

I have my songs and playlists physically in both my MacBook Pro and iPhone. I am not subscribing Apple Music.

Is there any way of syncing my playlists to Spotify?

All my music is organised in a Library with 29 main folders (A to ....) and in each of these folders, many other folders (one for each band and/or artist) and then the  playlists referring to each album of each band/artist, in a total of 15.100 songs and I am not going to create all these playlists again.

Cheers

Jorge Lampreia

Hey @jorgelampreia,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

With Local Files you can play the music stored on your device following the process mentioned here.

Keep in mind that all the files would be added to the same playlists, but you can sort it by Title, Recently added, Artist, Album or Custom.

However, if you want to have a separated playlist for each folder or sub-folder, you'll need to create them manually. To do so, we’d suggest using the desktop app so you can multiselect different songs and move them at the same time.

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up. The COmmunity will be here for you.
