My Question or Issue

Hello! I have just received a takedown notification email, but the code it has given me (spotify:user:pilotac) is just for my user profile. I can’t seem to find any playlist that has been removed, but I’ve got a lot of playlists so I can’t be sure! Is there any way I can see if the email was sent in error?

Thanks for posting in the Community.

If the profile picture was reported by someone, the account would have been marked by the report and you could get notified for this. But this is only a speculation. It'd be best to contact our customer support team for further info. Here is how to do that.
