There used to be podcasts in my daily drive, now there’s just music

In the daily drive playlist there used to be a combination of music and podcasts however for a few days now there has only been music in there and no podcasts, what can I do to get them back?

Looks like it happened for everyone since last week. 

Is this feature so underutilized no one seems to notice/care? This topic is the only post I can find about it on the internet.

Same problem here. On all devices and all clients I only have music in my daily drive. Would love to have them back, and potentially also the option to add my own podcasts in the mix.

If this is the topic to rally support, I throw in my voice as well. I really liked the feature of having podcasts, as it infused my drives with a bit of news I was missing normally.

Even though I understand Spoitfy Daily Drive Podcast was not always ideal, it was not necessary to remove this entire. Just give people more control over which podcast they want mixed into the daily drive playlist. Worst of all, the News Bulletin from Nu.nl has been a staple for me and now this has been cancelled since podcasts are no longer in the mix and this was made specifically for the daily drive. 

Please bring back Nu.nl Nieuwsbulletin, it is such a great way of staying informed with ongoing situations.

No news, I'm afraid. We're unable to provide an ETA for a fix at this time, but we’re constantly looking for opportunities to enhance the user experience for everyone and your feedback on this is greatly appreciated.

In the meantime, make sure you're always running the latest version of Spotify so you don't miss out on any updates.

A lot of people miss their daily mix of news, music and interesting podcasts. What is up? 

Has it been descided to stop providing this service? Or is this a bug that is only a low priority?

As you can see, a lot of people miss this and want this service back. Can we get a little more information on what to expect?

Somehow I'm afraid not enough people were using this playlist. I still miss it, used it daily during my daily 80km drives.  The news flashes, short podcasts, have to look manually now. But this thread is indeed the only one on internet. So without soms more requests or pressure I'm afraid Spotify won't be putting much effort on fixing it. Ciaoooo 👋
