Why can’t I play some of the songs I’ve downloaded when offline?

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps? 

If that doesn't help, can you let me know what happens when you attempt to play songs you've downloaded for offline use? You can also send any screenshots of error messages that's shown.
