Unable to delete playlist on any device

Hi! I can't get my playlists to delete. I hit the three circles and then hit delete but then nothing happens. I'm trying to clean out my playlists and it's just not working for me. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both my iPhone and my laptop as well as logging out and back in on both. I even tried restarting my phone. Nothing has been working and it's bugging me! Please help!

I would want you to try and perform a clean reinstall following the steps provided on this Spotify Answer.

It is a bit different and more thorough than the usual uninstall.
