My Question or Issue

I have a problem whereby I am trying to update my premium plan as my card that I used got stopped, and when I'm clicking the option to pay by card for my spotify duo selection It takes me to the Vodacom page to pay with my phone number please advise me on what to do

Could you try again from an incognito window on a PC and using a different internet connection?

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind sending us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? Make sure not to send any private info.
