Hey there!

 

Thanks for posting here in the Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing your songs and your Premium Plan. Please  follow the steps below:

 

  1. Log out and back into your account (make sure you're using the email address you used to purchase your Premium Plan and save your songs)
  2. Go to your  your account page and scroll down to "Your Plan" and check on its status

Please let me know if you see anything "Pending" under the Payment Status of your plan. In case you don't find any more details about your plan or music saved after following the steps above, please take a look at this help article.
