Why Every time I remove a song from my playlist it automatically reappears

Whenever I try to remove a song from my playlist it automatically reappears and I can’t get rid of them

Sounds like you're trying to edit a collaborative playlist. If the song reappears immediately after removing it, then perhaps you're no longer a collaborator. It's worth reaching out to the playlist owner and requesting they grant you your editing permissions back - once they do that you should be able to add or remove content from the playlist.
