Why do artists / songs disappear?

Many stand-up artists / songs have disappeared, I see them in the playlist but they are not playable.
Examples: Kristin Key, John Heffron, Mitch Hedburg, Kathleen Madigan and many more.

Why?
When will they return?
Can I do something about it?

We've checked this album and found that it is no longer available on Spotify. We want all the world’s music on Spotify, but availability can change over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.

We add new content to Spotify every day, so if you can’t find something you’re looking for right now, it may appear soon.

Way is no longer available?
Sometimes I listen to an artist or album and the next day they are gone ... Why?

Thanks for getting back to us.

Keep in mind that the musical content in the Spotify app is constantly being updated. As @MafeG mentioned previously, some content is not currently available (or is available in one market and not another). This can happen due to different factors, mostly being licensing agreements and permissions from the right holders. If you can’t find something right now, it may appear or reappear soon. 

If you need a hand with anything else, just let us know.

I still do not know why ... I can see the song in my playlist but it can not be played.
As an example: Kathleen Madigan who I have listened to from time to time for 3 years, I see the songs in my playlist but can no longer play them, this happened 4-5 days ago.

As @MafeG has mentioned those songs might not be available for streaming in your country currently.

If you let us know which country your account is based in and send us a link/ URI to some of the songs we can check their availability for you.
