Why is an album greyed out?

My Question or Issue

I have various albums in my library, however some are greyed out and I cannot even play the album. The album icon and song list, even song lengths, are shown, but everything including the album play button is greyed out. Example is "WILD ARMS Complete Tracks".

Why? There's no indication as to why on the page.

I just took a closer look and it looks like that album isn't available in your area at the moment. Spotify wants all the world’s music and podcasts available, but availability can vary over time and between countries, depending on the permissions from rights holders.
