Won't let me add local files to my playlist

My Question or Issue

Recently certain playlist won't let me add local files to them, I tried it with several songs with the same results. It will only allow them to actually be added to two of my three public playlist while not adding to any of the others, even when I add them specifically to those playlist, the playlist that the add to have 130 songs on one and 73 on the other, the two private playlist have 1003, and 99, and the public song that won't let me add them has 82 however i only made it a week or so ago. I have local downloads on most of my playlist (including ones that won't let me now) so I know it should work idk if any of this info even helps but I'm trying to be through.

To begin investigating the situation, do you see any error messages when you're trying to add the files to the playlist(s) and does this happen on a specific device or across different ones?

In the playlist(s) where you're unable to add local files, could you make sure that the Shuffle and Smart Shuffle functions are disabled? It's worth mentioning that enabling Smart Shuffle in a playlist where there are local files can cause them to disappear.
