Wrapped: Can I make a song not be included?

Wrapped: Can I make a song not be included?

Hi all!
I have a 10 min song that I sometimes use for sleep. In previous Wrapped that song has been my number 1 played, and will likely be so this year.

Is there a way to deactivate / not include the song when it comes to Wrapped?

Thank you

Hey there, welcome to the Spotify Community!

I understand that you want to exclude a track from affecting your wrapped but this is not possible as of yet. Spotify Wrapped depends solely on your listening habits, hence it will consider all your listening history. I know this might not be the desired solution but let me know if you need anything else.

But you can go to the ideas board and vote if a similar idea exists or create your own. It is very simple. Simply head to this section and search for it.

I really wish there was a way to exclude songs/playlists/artists from wrapped. I use my Spotify at work and for sleep. My Spotify wrapped this year is full of songs I don't recognise and/or songs that aren't my taste, but my clients from work. My experience with wrapped has gone from a nice nostalgia review of my listening habits from the year to feeling like I'm looking at Spotify wrapped from a stranger.

Thank you for replying back. The good news is you can use the private session to make this work. If you turn on private session from the settings, it will hide your activity from your followers as well as may exclude the played content from affecting your recommendations.

You can read more about it here. Let me know if you need anything else and I apologise for not mentioning that before.
