comment récupérer des playlists ?

J'ai créé mon compte le 14/03/18, mais lorsque j'ai voulu ouvrir ce compte récemment j'ai été obligé de créer un nouveau mot de passe mais surtout un nouvel IDENTIFIANT, ce qui fait que j'ai perdu toutes mes nombreuses playlists. Est-il possible de les récupérer?

Welcome to the Community! I apologize for replying in English. It seems that you created a different account, instead of deleting your playlists, right?

If that's the case, then please check out this help article so that you can find the next steps to take to try to find your old account. If you recover access to it, you can do the following:

1. Add your library to a public playlist, and also set your current playlists to public
2. Save the links for these playlists
3. And then like them on your new account

If for some reason you accidentally deleted any of your playlists in the account you're currently logged into, please check this page for more assistance on how to restore the deleted songs.
