how to delete unexpected track

hi, since few weeks, i noticed some unexpected track added to my playlist by people i don't know.

i delete these track except one, thus one come back directly after i delete it. i block the profile but does nothing. i change my password, but still does nothing.

it's very boring about this track i cannot delete.

i know past years there are ID/passw stolen ( facebokk,... ) and i think it's because of that, but wy spotify team does nothing to prevent that????

Then, have you already tried double-checking the privacy settings of your playlist? Maybe you can find a solution by editing those.

thanks for the reply, i check all you said but nothing change.

i think about something else: i have a dual account and the one of my GF is the primary. I block the profile and delete the track on the primary and the probleme seems to be solved. The unexpected track don't come back.
