how to remove my playlist from someone else's “saved playlists”

I’ve tried making it private, deleting it, etc. it still shows up under their “saved playlists” on their profile. Even after deleting and refreshing, it stops showing up in my library, but it still shows up on theirs.

Something you can try is copying the contents of your playlist into a new private one and deleting the old one. You can do this from the three dots menu > Add to other playlist > New playlist.
