i can't turn off offline mode

i tried to play a playlist of mine like i usually do but this time i coouldn't see the play button and when i finally found a way to press the play button it said that i have to turn off offline mode which i never enabled in the first place and now i can't find the 'offline mode' option in the settings

If you activated the offline mode by mistake, you can turn it off by following the steps mentioned in this article under the section Switch on Offline Mode. 

If the issue persists, since this could also be caused by some damaged cache stored in your device, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article.
