liked songs and my other playlists disappear

My Question or Issue

so this has been a problem for me for a while I've been constantly look around for how to fix this. so my liked songs and all my playlists music inside of it disappeared the playlist is still there but has nothing in it i tried going into files and going to my pc then search Spotify the delete all the files that show up then i installed it again but I downloaded a new Spotify installer from the download page this time and it still did not work so could you pls help thank you
