Is there a way to hide the local files playlist from my playlists on mobile without turning off local files in settings?

To quickly answer your question, no. There isn't a way to hide your Local files without disabling them from your Settings. If you have that setting on, they will show up on Your Library. However, you can enable and disable Local files anytime you want without restrictions. 

If you feel like it, you can submit an idea requesting the option to hide Local files, making sure you follow our Community guidelines. Others can then vote on it or add to the conversation to show their support.
