my friends cant access my playlist even though it says public on my profile

I want to share a playlist with my friend, but whenever they click on the link, it says the playlist is not available? but on my account its displayed on my profile as public. ive tried removing it from my profile and re-adding it, but it still comes up as private for others, and public for me.

If your playlist's settings look like the ones below, this would mean that the playlist is publicly visible and pinned to your profile:

But, aside from this - I would also like to know something about the playlist itself -
Is the one you're trying to share created by you? 
Where do you click when you try to share it?
