playlist is empty but has 6 songs on it

I can play the playlist on iphone and laptop but it says it is empty on the tv app. I have deleted myself of the tv and readded me but still wont play. Lots of other playlist are synced and play normally

Just to confirm, have you been able to see the songs from this specific playlist in the past when using the TV app? It'd be helpful if you could send the link to it so we can take a look from our end as well.

Also, could you let us know the make and model of the device in which this is happening?

Hi, thanks for your reply. I’ve only managed to play it via my iPhone and my laptop. I can see the folder on my Spotify account on the tv but it says it is empty , yet shows it has 6 songs on it. 
what link would you like me to send ?

Hi There, I can play all my other playlists on my tv except this particular one. I created it via my files on my laptop, as they are not available on spotify

Hi @June89,

Thanks for getting back to us and apologies for the delayed reply.

Keep in mind that Local Files are only available for the mobile and desktop apps, so if the playlist is made out of locally stored songs only, this is the reason why it works on other devices but you can't see it properly on your TV.

You might want to add your vote to this idea for listening to Local Files on all platforms if this is something you'd like to see in the future.
