playlists disappeared

playlists disappeared

all of my playlists from before 2017 have disappeared but I didn't delete them. how can I get them back?

Hello there and welcome to the community 😄

 

I'm sorry to hear about your playlists.

Have you tried going to your Account overview to try and see if you can find those playlists under the deleted ones somehow ?
If they are there, there'll be an option to restore them.

 

Also there is an Ongoing issue affecting Samsung users in ways including loss of playlists. Would be helpful if you could head over there and leave a reply or maybe get some tips yourself(If you're using a Samsung device.)

I have lost a playlist as well, it would have been created pre-2017. 

My wife also had the same playlist saved on her account - also gone.

Neither of us deleted any playlists, checking the Recover Playlist page shows "You haven’t deleted any playlists"
Both on Spotify Premium (Family)

If the missing playlists were created by you, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and possibly help you restore them.

 

If not, then the profiles associated with those playlists might've been removed and unfortunately, in this case there's nothing we can do to make the playlists available again.

 

Let us know if there's anything else.
