My Question or Issue

Listening to a lot of Dutch Pop, for some time now, the track from Oosterhuis "In de Hemel" is no longer available and appears in gray whereas the other tracks that I listen to are them. The title being released in May or June (I know more), I could only listen to it 9 or 10 days and since impossible to read it.

Moreover, it still appears in my "loop" playlist when I can't listen to it.

Hey @Vince55100,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

When a track gets greyed out, this means that it's no longer available on the Spotify catalogue. Keep in mind that availability of music can vary over time and between countries, depending on agreements between Spotify and rights holders, such as artists or record labels; therefore, content sometimes isn't available right away.

Spotify is constantly working to add new content to the platform so hopefully your favorite music will be (back) up soon.

In the meantime, you can import local files to your Spotify library if you have this music as files on your computer.

Hope this helps. The Community is here for you if you have any questions.
