Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community!

 

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread.

 

With our Duo and Family plans each users gets to keep their own account and all their saved playlists without the music merging.

 

If you'd like to copy the playlist from one account to the other you can take a look here. You can also take a look at this page to see how you could make the playlists collaborative which will allow both of you to add songs to the list.
