is there a previously downloaded list for redownload on new device to select and redownload at once ?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

There isn't a list that shows songs or playlists you've downloaded before. Check out this article for more info on offline music.

As a workaround, you could create a playlist with songs you want to download on other devices, and that way you can just log in from any other device and download it.
