refesh a playlist

My Question or Issue

Hello I was wondering how most of the popular playlists refresh their songs every week( I am not saying the official Spotify playlists ) , do they manually add the same songs plus the new ones, when they "refresh it" ? (by saying refresh i mean the time added of the song, or is there any other way.

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Most users who create playlists and share them with the public add and remove songs manually. The newly added songs appear as more recent. There is no automatic way that this is done.
