songs in a playlist get mixed up after I move them

My Question or Issue

When I create a playlist, then I try to move songs around (primarily full albums), they show up out of order. They are also a different order on my phone.

Can you perform a clean reinstall? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this. 

If that doesn't do the trick, can you try from another device to see if the issue persist?
