How come I'm getting songs put into my liked songs playlist even though I haven't liked/listened to them before?

Hey there, welcome to the community!

If the tracks are not liked by you then it might be possible that someone else has access to your account and might be using it. There are a few steps I would recommend:

1. Go to Spotify.com and sign into your account
2. Go to your account info and scroll down
3. Click on Sign Out Everywhere
4. Note that you would need to download your library again after this
5. Change your account password and sign in

See if everything is working fine after doing all the mentioned steps and keep us posted!
